Social Entrepreneurship - LaunchPad
This startup was developed in an entrepreneurship class at my school. The startup was called LaunchPad and was an online education platform connecting top industry-leading companies with ambitious high school and college students. This project also involved active leadership and collaboration, as I was leading our team of 6. We went through all the steps of building a startup. I learned a lot through this experience about my leadership style, important lessons in business, and the importance of creating value for your customers when solving their problems.

We started by identifying our core problems.

After extensive brainstorming, we landed on our solution.

To actually materialize our solution, we created our MVP.

Here are some core features of the MVP we focused on.

After conducting extensive market research and a thorough competition analysis, we identified our market gaps and opportunities.

We then created a go-to-market strategy and our vision for the future to conclude.
