Cambridge University, Behavioural Economics
This is the diploma showing my completion and grade from a 2-week course on behavioural economics in Cambridge. This course was fascinating as one of the things I am considering studying in university is Economics. For me, learning about another approach to Economics to do with behaviour was eye-opening. As a topic, I have shared various conversations about Behavioural Economics, which hooked me, and which is why, in the end, I chose to enrol in this program.

Cambridge University, Leadership Program
This is one of the diplomas from 2 leadership programs in Cambridge. Both were 2-week programs. Overall, extremely successful leaders and experts were speakers, creating an unforgettable deep dive into Leadership and its surrounding realms. Highlights included debating at the Cambridge Union, Harvard business simulations, and learning from industry leaders and entrepreneurs, all while creating connections for life.

Sports Management/Agency Course, Case Western University
One of my biggest passions is sports. When it comes to thinking about what I want to study in university, I was always stuck between a few options, one of them being Sports Management/Agency. I decided to complete a university-level course on Sports Management/Agency to see if I was truly passionate about this. Therefore, I enrolled in a 30-hour program provided by Case Western University. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and completed it within 3 days.

YPO GLC, Edge Management, and Event Team
This was a job at the world's largest Business conference created by YPO. Throughout the week at the conference, I worked from 6 am to 10 pm from Saturday to Friday. The conference involved over 3,500 global business leaders and was an incredible experience. I worked in the management and hospitality/event team, helping the event organization team manage logistics, day-to-day issues, as well as taking care of speakers and guests throughout the week.

Marketing Internship at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (2 months)
This was an internship I pursued in the summer of 2025, lasting two months. I was working in a German media conglomerate, one of the largest in Europe. My focus was on the marketing department. Throughout my time, I was able to build strong relationships within the company and gain extremely valuable work experience at a major organization. Moreover, I was trusted with taking over daily tasks and was responsible for competitive analysis presentations, marketing pitches, campaign ideation and creation, as well as any other related tasks. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and developed valuable skills that I have taken with me and continue to apply going forward.

Model United Nations Experience
Growing up surrounded by diversity sparked a deep interest in politics, diplomacy, and debate, interests that all came together when I discovered Model UN. A few months after a 2-week school intensive, I competed in my first conference, BFISMUN, where I represented Colombia in the Security Council. Despite the nerves, I fully immersed myself in my role over the 2 days of debating and earned an Honorable Mention in one of the most competitive and fast-paced councils.

A few months later, I signed up individually for the Barcelona International MUN, 450+ delegates at Esade, representing Angola in the UNHRC. Building on my prior experience, I felt extremely confident and prepared, and managed to win Best Delegate in a council of 60+ people. This earned me an invitation to the Iberian Best Delegate Conference, an invite-only event for award-winning delegates across the Iberian Peninsula.

The IBDC introduced a new challenge I had never faced: a completely technology-free conference. Using my previous experience, in-depth research, and preparation, I won Best Delegate again in a single General Assembly comprised of the best delegates from across Iberia.

MUN has been an incredible high school experience, I met people from across the world, explored global issues through many different lenses, and competed alongside incredibly talented and educated delegates, leveraging their diversity to learn and grow myself.
